    Meet Mitch, founder of Bat Fit Crazy and the person behind our nutrition coaching.

    Mitch has always had a passion for health, fitness and helping people become the best version of themselves. To turn that passion into a career, he went on to study an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine at university, as well as completing a Sports Nutrition Certificate to further his knowledge in both health and performance nutrition.

    Over the years, Mitch has worked with a wide range of clients, from people wanting to improve their health and relationship with food, to athletes preparing for fitness competitions. His goal has always been the same: helping people achieve results in a way that is realistic, sustainable and suited to their lifestyle.

    Mitch believes there is no "one size fits all" approach to nutrition. Every person is different, which is why he takes the time to understand each client's goals, habits and challenges before creating a plan that works for them. His focus is not just on short-term results, but on building habits that people can maintain long term.

    As the owner of Bat Fit Crazy, Mitch has built more than just a gym. He has created a welcoming community where people of all fitness levels can feel supported, encouraged and motivated throughout their journey. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, improved sports performance or simply feeling healthier and more confident, Mitch is passionate about helping you get there.

    Meet Jenn, founder of Bat Fit Crazy, personal trainer and online coach.

    Fitness has been a huge part of Jenn's life for many years, and helping others build confidence, get stronger and achieve their goals is something she is genuinely passionate about. As the owner of Bat Fit Crazy, Jenn has worked hard to create a gym where people feel comfortable, supported and encouraged, no matter their fitness level or experience.

    As a qualified personal trainer, Jenn has helped clients achieve a wide range of goals, from fat loss and muscle gain to improving their overall health, fitness and confidence. Having competed herself, she also understands the dedication, consistency and mindset required to achieve more advanced physique and performance goals.

    Jenn also offers online coaching, working with clients both locally and internationally. Her coaching focuses on creating realistic training and nutrition strategies that fit into everyday life, while providing the support and accountability needed to stay on track and achieve long-term results.

    Being fluent in both English and Spanish allows Jenn to work with people from a variety of backgrounds and make fitness coaching accessible to a wider community.

    Whether you're stepping into a gym for the first time, looking to take your training to the next level, or wanting guidance with your nutrition and lifestyle habits, Jenn is committed to helping you get there.

    Her goal isn't just to help people reach their goals, but to help them build habits, confidence and knowledge that last long after the journey begins.

  • Carla F.

    Meet Carla, our dedicated Exercise Physiologist.

    Carla is passionate about helping people improve their strength, fitness, and overall wellbeing. She believes movement is one of the most effective ways to improve physical health, support mental wellbeing, reduce falls risk, and maintain independence and quality of life.

    Taking a client focused approach, Carla works with people to build confidence, manage chronic pain, improve mobility, and develop healthy habits that can be maintained long term. Her goal is to help clients achieve outcomes that are important to them, from getting stronger and improving fitness to managing health conditions, returning to activities they enjoy, and feeling better in everyday life.

    Carla uses evidence based exercise and personalised support to help her clients make meaningful, lasting improvements to their health and wellbeing.

    Outside of work, Carla enjoys singing, playing guitar, and spending time outdoors. She's often exploring new walking trails, enjoying nature, or making music, and values activities that promote balance, creativity, and wellbeing.

    Carla consults here from Bat Fit Crazy and works with DVA, CDM, NDIS and private clients.

    Meet Lincoln, our IT expert and fitness enthusiast!

    With a strong educational background in Information Technology, Lincoln brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

    Although Lincoln is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, he decided to focus on his passion for IT and support our team behind the scenes.

    His love for fitness still shines through, as he is always eager to share his knowledge and expertise with the team and clients alike.

    In his role, Lincoln is responsible for ensuring our systems run smoothly, providing technical support, and driving our technology forward. His attention to detail and problem-solving skills make him an invaluable asset to our team.

    What makes Lincoln unique is his ability to bridge the gap between IT and fitness. He understand the importance of technology in the fitness industry and is always looking for innovative ways to leverage technology to enhance our clients' experiences.

    Fun fact: Lincoln still enjoys staying active and can often be found hitting the gym or trying out new fitness classes in his free time!
