Please note that while our gym operates 24/7 for member access, visits are only available during our staffed hours:
Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm
Friday 8am to 2pm
Saturday by appointment only, with a minimum 24-hour notice.

God tier gym. Amazing quality machines and a great amount of free weights, one of the only gyms that doesn't lock you into complicated payment plans. Friendly helpful staff cold water clean bathrooms couldn't ask for anything else. Keep up the good work :)
