  • What is my reference when signing up on direct debit?

    If you are signing up on direct debit through our website, you do not need a reference number.

    Your reference will be your unique FOB number, which we will assign to you.

    Feel free to write N/A when filling the form, as we will change this on our end.

  • Do I need a FOB if I'm coming during staffed hours?

    Yes, all of our members are required to have their own FOB.

    Each FOB is for individual use, as it will be activated under your name.

    We understand holding the door is polite, but we ask each of our members to please scan their own fob when entering the gym. This helps us ensure everyone's safety and security.

    We want to be confident in knowing that everyone has a comfortable and secure workout experience.

  • What are the gym staff hours?

    Our staff hours are:

    Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm

    Friday 8am to 2pm

    Saturday by appointment only between 8am and 12pm.

    If you are wanting to have a look at the gym, and these hours don't work for you, feel free to message us on Facebook to arrange an alternative time.

  • Are there lock in contracts?

    We do not have lock in contracts!*

    In fact, we have flexible membership options, and you can cancel or change plans at any time!
