*1. Introduction*

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of BAT FIT CRAZY PTY LTD facilities, services, and products, including our 24/7 access gym, online coaching, small cafe, and apparel store.

*2. Membership and Access*

2.1 Membership is subject to approval by BAT FIT CRAZY.
2.2 Members must be at least 12 years old.
2.3 Members under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver and terms and conditions on their behalf.
2.4 Members aged 14-15 years old can only access the facility during staffed hours or with their parent/legal guardian outside the staffed hours. Parent/legal guardian must be a current member of the gym.
2.5 Members aged 12-13 years old must always be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian who must be a current member of the gym.
2.6 Members aged 16 years and over can access 24/7 within parental permission by signing the waiver.
2.7 Access to the gym is only permitted during designated hours for casual guests or with a valid 24/7 the access FOB.
2.8 BAT FIT CRAZY reserves the right to cancel or suspend membership at any time.

*3. Gym Facilities*

3.1 Members use the gym facilities at their own risk.
3.2 Members must follow all rules and instructions provided by BAT FIT CRAZY staff.
3.3 Members are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or facilities.
3.4 BAT FIT CRAZY maintains equipment regularly; however, members acknowledge that equipment may be out of order from time to time.

*4. Online Coaching*

4.1 Online coaching services are provided for general information purposes only.
4.2 BAT FIT CRAZY is not responsible for any injury or loss resulting from online coaching services.
4.3 Members acknowledge that online coaching services do not constitute personal training or medical advice.

*5. Cafe*

5.1 Food and beverages are consumed at the customer's own risk.
5.2 BAT FIT CRAZY PTY LTD trading as BFC Cafe takes no responsibility for any food allergies or intolerances.
5.3 Customers must follow all rules and instructions provided by cafe staff.

*6. Apparel Store*

6.1 All sales are final.
6.2 BAT FIT CRAZY takes no responsibility for any defects or issues with products purchased from the apparel store.

*7. Payment*

7.1 Memberships and coaching fees are non-refundable.
7.2 Payment for products and services must be made in full at the time of purchase.
7.3 BAT FIT CRAZY reserves the right to change prices at any time.

*8. Cancellation*

8.1 BAT FIT CRAZY reserves the right to cancel or suspend membership or coaching services at any time.
8.2 The minimum term for gym memberships or online coaching is four weeks, after the four weeks have ceased members can cancel.
8.3 Members may cancel membership or coaching services with written notice, but fees are non-refundable.

*9. Liability*

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bat Fit Crazy is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by you or any other person while using our facilities, services, or products.

*10. Governing Law*

10.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.

*11. Changes to Terms*

11.1 BAT FIT CRAZY reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice.

*12. Indemnity*

12.1 You indemnify BAT FIT CRAZY against all claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our facilities, services, or products.

*13. Waiver and Liability
